Threat Profile Sharing
Overview
Easily collaborate with your team by sharing a Threat Profile with your organization. Whether you’re focused on who’s most likely to target your organization or how they are most likely to target your organization, sharing threat profiles gives you the ability to have a single source of truth across the team.
Use cases
- Some examples of relevant use cases include collaborating across groups like:
- Business unit in a specific location (financial sector operating in Europe)
- Subsidiary threat tracking perhaps in a different sector than parent company
- CTI analysts focused on nation state actors
- Threat hunting team focused on ransomware tactics
How to share a threat profile?

Given you have an existing threat profile. Select “customize”.

Check the box to share your threat profile with your organization.

You will be prompted to confirm. Press continue.

You must save your settings. Once saved, you will receive a confirmation that your threat profile was successfully saved and shared.

You can confirm your threat profile is shared in two ways:

Checking sharing preferences when viewing the threat profile.

Checking the icon in the drop down menu.
You may navigate to your threat profile management page to view all shared threat profiles, which includes the one you just shared. Remember to toggle on “View all threat profiles from my organization”.
